Research Lead, In Solidarity Research Fellowship

Beginning in 2020 as a research fellow and promoted to research lead in 2022, the In Solidarity Research Fellowship allowed me to develop and refine my skills as a researcher. With a focus on qualitative research, I learned to design a research project, how to navigate the data acquisition process with ethics and expertise, how to theme/code data, and report the research process.

In 2022, I was promoted from fellow to lead and successfully advocated for the implementation of art based research for the first time in our fellowships' history.
